Welcome to 4th grade. My name is Mrs. Jones and I teach 3rd and 4th grade math and all other subjects except reading. Mrs Kukowski teaches 3rd and 4th grade reading. This will be a year of challenge and growth for 4th graders. My goal is to encourage the students to be enthusiastic and independent learners. The kids will be asked to think creatively and develop basic skills in all subjects.
We will work on several projects throughout the year. These will involve some research and a presentation in front of the class. Emphasis will be on producing quality work that each student will be proud to display and share.
Students will be taught basic Christian principles and learn about the Kingdom of God and the ministry of Jesus. Respect for others and living the Golden Rule will be emphasized each day as we all work to make our classroom a place for learning.
